By using our services or making a booking, you accept these terms.

Online courses (digital education and sessions)
In-person training and workshops (within Sweden)
Free materials (such as e-books and newsletters)

3. Orders and payment

Orders are placed via the website or by contacting us. Payment is currently made via invoice. If we later add a payment provider (e.g., Stripe), this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellations and right of withdrawal

Digital courses and products:

No right of withdrawal applies after purchase, as digital content is considered consumed upon delivery.

In-person courses and events:

We do not offer a general right of withdrawal. However, we will try to find flexible solutions if you are unable to attend (e.g., moving your booking to another group or offering an online alternative).

5. Liability

All content is provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for how you apply the knowledge with your dog. We are not liable for any damage or consequences resulting from incorrect application.

6. Intellectual property

All material on our website and in our courses belongs to häLSobyrån Lotta Spjut AB. You may not copy, distribute, or use the material for other purposes without our written permission.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Updates will be published on the website from the stated date.

8. Disputes

We always aim to resolve any disputes constructively and respectfully. Swedish law applies. Consumers may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
